[About Yuba(Tofu skin)]

Yuba(Tofu skin) is a processed soy product,
similar to tofu, made from the delicate skin that develops on the surface of heated soy milk, which holds the condensed flavor and nutrition of soy. Introduced long ago from China, yuba developed in Japan with traditional vegetarian cuisine. Still today,
it is known as a healthy food, rich in vegetable
protein and is used in increasingly diverse cuisines.

[How to eat]

1, Open one package of ingredients and put in the bowl.

2, Pour the boiled water,

3, After wait for 1 minute, put concentrated soup into the bowl.

4, Adding chopped green onions, you can eat more deliciously.
